Start Menu > Display Subtitles (or something like that)
Unfortunately, it will only work for you. This is something that we have fixed on the Vita version, but you'll have to wait for that!
There is a trick to force subtitles to display, but for the life of me, I cannot remember what it is. It has something to do with playing a blank magic mouth (no text, set to subtitles), and then playing the desired magic mouth. Overlap them a little, so the blank one is as small as possible and is one sequencer notch in front of the real one. Play around with that, and you might figure it out.

Does it have a movie camera during it? I may just be going crazy from to much time away from LBP2, but I think it may have to play during a movie camera shot. That way, the screen has black bars at the top and bottom for the subtitles to display over. But, as I said, I may be totally wrong about that.

That has nothing to do with it. It's all about whether or not there is an accompanying voice recording. The game makes the assumption that if there is a recording, then subtitles should only be displayed if the user has set them to display in the start menu. If there is no recording, then the subtitles will always show.
The method I've [somewhat] described above tricks the game into thinking that it needs to show subtitles, even if there is a recording and the user has not chosen to show subtitles.

I am not sure if you know what a linked list is so I will explain. Basically, each chip is set to a certain number and it has enough information so that it can array itself in the list. For example, in the list 1,2,4,5 the number 4 knows that 2 is before it and 5 is after it. The problem is that the list has to be dynamic so that if I remove a number from the list the surrounding numbers must react accordingly. So, if I remove 4, 5 would forget that 4 is before it and learn that 2 is now before it.
Normally, I would try to find a solution on my own. However, I have tried so many methods and none of them work as intended so I decided that it was time to seek help. I posted in the help section but none of the responses have been helpful. I also tried messaging you but I assume that you may or may not check the message box so I decided to post here because you seem pretty active here. I hope that I am not bothering you. I would appreciate it if you could take some time and see if you come up with a way to solve this. This is driving me nuts! XD Thanks!

Anyways, thanks for breaking this method down. I had already started kind of working this way, but now I see the farther-reaching benefits that could really save me some headaches. Of course, I only recently got the sticker material.

I am never more than a fleeting glance.
I am never more than a whisper on the wind.
I am never more than a familiar face.
I am Nevermore.

I'm quite glad you've done a tutorial like this because i think it applys to a wider audience, where as your older stuff is very much focused on individual tasks, so kudos to you!
